Yoga @ Lunch
We've had requests for a yoga class at lunch time, and we responded! This will be offered as a 6-week course. You can either register for this as a 6-week course or attend this class with your regular class card. The class will be suitable for all levels of yoga students, as well as those who are brand new to yoga.
Date: Wednesdays, February 22 - March 28

Monthly Yoga Wall class
Kim is offering Yoga Wall classes every month on the last Wednesday of the month. The Yoga Walls provide a safe and very fun way to explore poses with straps, bars, and more. Feel like a kid again with the freedom of movement that the Walls provide!

Pranayama & Meditation class
This class will explore different techniques of Pranayama, or breath control, and several methods of meditation used to focus the mind. Find out how to bring intention and purpose to the breath and the mind. Discover how steady breathing creates a steady mind. This class is appropriate for beginners and experienced practitioners. Taught by Gwen.

Learn to save a life
Triad Trainers will be teaching CPR and First Aid classes during February, Heart Month. The certification is for adult, child, and infant CPR. These certificates are through the American Heart Association and last for 2 years.
Please register before February 11.

Time: 1-4 p.m. for CPR only; 4-5 p.m. for First Aid only -- 1 - 5 p.m. for both

"Girls Afternoon Out" yoga class
Exploring yoga postures and the breath together helps us to connect with the "girl" in our life. She may be your mother, daughter, granddaughter, BFF, etc. Find your connection and join us for a shared practice. This class is designed for students of all levels and intended for ages 11 and up. Taught by Kim.
Date: Saturday, February 19
Time: 3:30 - 4:45 p.m.
