Please join us as we explore deeper into pranayama practice to seek that quiet place where we and the true nature of our being exist. This practice will include asana, seated and reclined pranayama practices and discussion related to the Yogic practice of breath.
Participants should be Level 2 and higher.

Cancellation policy: if you cancel at least 7 days prior to the workshop, you will receive a full refund minus a 20% administration fee. There are no refunds for cancellations made less that 7 days prior. No refunds are available for no-shows. Refunds are given by check and may take up to two weeks.
