Yoga reminds me to:
- Breathe in and out
- Take a moment or two throughout the day to be still and quiet
- Remember I am human like everyone else
- It’s okay to make mistakes
- Keep up the effort (in a pose and in life!)
- Look for joy and gratitude in my day
- Ask for help
- Accept myself and be where I am!
- Remember to see the beauty and wonder that surrounds me
