New Session of Intro to Yoga! May 14-June 18

Back by popular demand, our new session of the Intro to Yoga series will begin on May 14th.

With instructors Cathy Howe and Jessie Rymarchyk, this class provides the opportunity to explore the basics in a safe, friendly and non-competitive environment with other students who are new to yoga. Learn a variety of simple yoga postures, how to do them safely and effectively,
and – importantly – why we do them in the first place.

The series will run Thursday evenings, May 14 – June 18 from 6 – 7 pm

$65 for the six-class series before 5/7; $75 after 5/7

Designed for the new student ages 16-90
