Restorative Yoga with Gong Meditations

Let a time of restorative yoga combined with the soothing and healing vibrations of gongs, bells and singing bowls balance and relax you.

Come join Valerie in the relaxing and healing practice of Restorative Yoga. She will guide you through a series of easy, supportive poses held for a long time under the right conditions (including the use of many props) to top the balance from “fight or flight” mode into maximal relaxation.

Your practice will be enhanced by Bill’s gong meditations, letting the vibrations of the gongs and bells wash over you, creating a tranquil state of mind and body.
