Yoga and Mindfulness Meditation Workshop with Cindy Dollar and Susan Grant

No previous yoga or meditation experience is necessary!
Mindfulness describes a way of living every day as well as a form of meditation practice. Through yoga poses, mindfulness meditations, and experiential exercises, you will learn the introspective process known as projection. This practice increases awareness of how most of us interpret our daily experiences through the lens of previous conditioning. You will learn how mindfulness on the yoga mat brings clarity to the practice of asana to bring strength and flexibility to body and stability to the mind.
Cindy Dollar teaches yoga classes and workshops throughout the Southeast. Voted one of the Best Yoga Teachers in Western North Carolina for the last ten years, she is the owner of One Center Yoga in Asheville.
Susan Grant is a psychologist in private practice and has studied and practiced Buddhist meditation and mindfulness since 1990. She combines her training in western therapeutics and eastern modalities to bring clarity and compassion into the teachings.
