Sunrise Yoga Studio is located at 6000 Meadowbrook Mall Court, Suite 28 in Clemmons, NC. We are conveniently located near the I-40 and Lewisville-Clemmons Road interchange. We are 10-15 minutes from Winston-Salem and Mocksville; and a short driving distance from many other areas in the Triad.

From I-40 West (from Winston-Salem, Greensboro, and points east):
Take Exit 184: the Lewisville-Clemmons Road exit. Turn left at the top of the ramp and go over the bridge. Take the first left onto Ramada Drive at the Exxon station. Continue directions below (**).
From I-40 East (from Mocksville, Statesville, and points west):
Take Exit 184: the Lewisville-Clemmons Road exit. Turn right at the top of the ramp. Take the first left onto Ramada Drive at the Exxon station. Continue directions below (**).
From Highway 421 South (from Lewisville or Boone):
Take Exit 242: the Clemmons / Tanglewood exit. Turn right at the top of the ramp. Travel 3 miles, cross over I-40, and take the first left onto Ramada Drive at the Exxon station. Continue directions below (**).
From Highway 158:
Turn onto Lewisville-Clemmons Road. After K-Mart and Mi Pueblo, take a right onto Ramada Drive at the Exxon station. Continue directions below (**).
** Ramada Drive is the street you would take to get to the 2 hotels (Super 8 and Village Inn) and Waffle House. Drive past the entrance sign of Meadowbrook Mall. Take your first right into the parking lot after that sign and park there. You will see a section of the building that sits out further than other parts of the building; directional signs are near the top. We are located in the courtyard, suite 28. To get into the courtyard, you will walk on a brick pathway under a covering (to the right of Fitness Edge) and pass by the back of Cherries Café. Once you walk through the double glass doors, Sunrise Yoga Studio is straight in front of you.
Traffic on Lewisville-Clemmons Road can be busy. You may wish to drive through the parking lot of Mi Pueblo restaurant or go to the traffic light at K-Mart rather than trying to turn on Ramada Drive as described above.
Grecian House, Cherries Café, Mandarin Chinese Restaurant, Curves, Fitness Edge, Benefical Bodywork, A & H Hobbies, and Hair 6000 are located at the mall. The mall is a 2-story building. Please note that the courtyard doors near Grecian House may be locked late at night and on the weekends; please use the directions described above to get into the courtyard.
