If you are a new student, you can head over to the Schedule and pick a sessions you are interested in. At check-out you will have the option to choose our Intro Offer package to secure your spot.

You can also head to our Intro Offer page and purchase it first then book your classes.

The package starts at your first visit. This means you can purchase the package now, and start using it at a later date!

Expires 6 months from purchase date if unused.

Arrive 15 minutes before the start time to have time to gather your props, meet your instructor, and get settled. You are welcome to bring your own mat or use one of ours - it’s your choice.
