Join Valerie for a workshop on the research-based, transformative practice of deep relaxation & meditation known as iRest:Yoga Nidra.

The workshop will include a discussion on the history, theory, and philosophy of this practice, as well as an extended Yoga Nidra practice. Handouts will be provided. Workshop is appropriate for all levels.
