If you are ready to try Wall Yoga but are feeling a bit unsure about it, join us for an introductory class and meet our yoga playground! If you've been taking our All Levels or Level 1 classes for 3 months or more, Yoga Wall is the next class for you. Our Yoga Walls use semi-suspension and natural gravity to help you increase your flexibility, lengthen the spine and deepen poses while recruiting otherwise disengaged muscles and reducing pressure on certain parts of the body. REQUIRES 3+ MONTHS OF ALL LEVELS OR LEVEL 1 YOGA CLASSES
