Join Gwen to learn ways to practice "active silence" through a variety of techniques. Notice the joys and challenges of our experience as well as the connections of mind, body and breath to explore, begin, or refresh a practice.

No previous meditation experience is needed.
Those with an established meditation practice will benefit as well.
