Quieting the Mind is a class designed to cultivate tranquility and peace. Explore yoga poses and techniques aimed at soothing both body and mind. Our teachers may guide you through a variety of restorative or gentle poses, mindfulness techniques, stress reduction, movement, meditation, and more. This class is open to students of all levels, including beginners.
